LODGING ARRANGEMENTS / MANAGEMENT
We will assist in sourcing for suitable accommodations for the candidates even before their arrivals to help them settle down.
ARRANGEMENT FOR SKILL TRAINING AND TEST
We will assist in sourcing for various skill training workshops and courses to enhance candidates’ skill level so as to increase productivity.
WORKPASS AND PASSPORT RENEWALS
We will help renew their passport and work passes to ensure candidates do not remain in Singapore with expired passports/permits.
STAFF COUNSELING AND REPATRIATIONS
Counseling services will be provided when necessary and when needed to help our clients manage the candidates. We will also help to repatriate the candidates back to their home country of origin upon completion of their employment terms as well as those who failed to observe our clients’ Company policies.
COST-FREE RECRUITMENTS
FORTRESS shall bear ALL recruitment charges which include providing an all-paid-for recruitment trip (minimum recruitment of 4 candidates) for our clients for final interview and selection of candidates at their country of origin.
